The Opportunity:

HPC Industrial Powered by Clean Harbors is looking for a Facility Coordinator  to join their safety conscious team! The Facilities Coordinator works under the direction of the Director of Support Services to address any facilities related issues for HPC Industrial Specialty Mechanical Group . Would be responsible for scheduling daily manpower for field crews. Keeping up on teams training requirements , communication with customers on scheduling, job planning, some general shop duties

Essential Duties:

• Perform daily walk-through to identify and correct any facilities deficiencies.
• Would be responsible for scheduling daily manpower for field crews.
• Keeping up on teams training requirements
• Communication with customers on scheduling 
• job planning, some general shop duties
• Monitor, maintain and reorder facilities maintenance supplies.
• Perform minor maintenance
• Communicate effectively and cooperate with faculty, staff and other departments.
• Set up, arrange and remove tables, chairs and ladders in preparing facilities for events such as meetings.
• Exercise a safety conscious attitude in order to identify, report and rectify contrary situations or behaviors.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned and needed.

Working Environment:

• Warehouse, outdoor and office environment.

Skills and Experience:

•  Minimum of 3 years experience in administration, preferrably with Specialty Mechanical 
•  Current forklift licenses and elevated platform experience a plus.
•  Should currently hold OSHA 10/30 hr. certification or be capable of completing courses.
•  Proven performance of safe conduct, work initiative and problem solving. Must be available to work a flexible schedule and weekends as required.

Educational Requirements:

• Vocational/Technical degree with solid understanding of Specialty mechanical
