Safety-Kleen Breslau, ON is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their safety conscious team!

  • Receiving Base and Blended order requests from internal and/or external customers;
  • Providing support for our cleints in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction; 
  • Creating orders coordinating with Transportation & Shipping/Receiving departments;
  • Ordering review/billing review;
  • Gathering customer information, verify key aspects and determine and timely resolution;
  • Corresponding with third party Blend and Packaging sites on oil need;
  • Creating inventory orders coordinating with Transportation & Receiving Departments of applicable sites;                                                                
  • Scanning and filing as needed;
  • Emailing invoices as needed;
  • Other Duties as needed.

 What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced Customer Service environment or office/admin experience required;
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-oriented
  • Salesforce experience is an asset;
  • Ability to adapt and work in a team environment.
