The Opportunity:

The Corporate Account Support Manager (internally known as Key Account Support Manager) is responsible for managing Corporate Account Support Representatives, ensuring high level of customer service is being provided to both internal and external customers. Also, making sure account contract requirements are being implemented and maintained.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and overseeing the successful onboarding of new team members.
  • Ensure proper training and development of each support representative on systems and processes to raise the overall delivery of customer satisfaction.
  • Review, evaluate and enhance processes and functions to ensure maximum efficiencies.
  • Work with National Sales Team in assisting with the growth of National Account customers.
  • Other duties as required.

What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?

  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s preferred.
  • 5+ years leadership experience.
  • Industry experience and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced excel skills (v-lookup and pivot table knowledge) preferred.
