The Bulk Product & Services Sales Representative, known internally as a BPS Sales Representative, focuses on building our blended lubricant, chemicals and used motor oil (UMO) business within the automotive, construction, and fleet industries.

Key Responsibilities – BPS Sales Representative

  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner always;
  • Act as the lubricant subject matter expert providing technical guidance to customers and new opportunities;
  • Drive new and profitable lubricant and chemical business through cold calling, networking, internal and external leads, existing customers and other associated methods;
  • Secure new UMO customers in automotive, trucking and transport industries;
  • Develop and propose customer solutions utilizing our vast product and service offerings;
  • Daily Salesforce use to effectively manage your sales pipeline;
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas/budgets;
  • Weekly territory travel is required, with overnight travel as required.

  • Strong business acumen, strong computer skills (MS Office), time management and organizational skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills,
  • A strategic thinker – able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) and influence all buyers;
  • Tenacious, assertive, strong organizational skills and a hunter mentality;
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com or similar CRM application;
  • Proficient in oral and written communications;
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
  • 5+ years business to business sales experience; Lubricant experience preferred
  • Able to travel up to 50 percent of the time
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
