The Opportunity:
The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems ranging in size from 3 tons to multi-staged 100-ton systems. We are searching for a reliable individual with an excellent committment to safety to join our team at the Company's Deer Park incineration facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times
- Disassemble/Reassemble HVAC equipment for replacement or repair
- Retrofit and change units out as needed
- Determine cause of malfunctioning HVAC systems and repair or replace defective component(s)
- Purchase parts and refrigerant
- Other duties as assigned
What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- 5+ years experience in commercial or industrial HVAC repair
- Must possess Universal EPA Certification, AND A MASTERS LICENSE preferred
- Must have a State-registered HVAC license
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to troubleshoot
