The Opportunity:

Clean Harbors is seeking a Class A Truck Driver w/Hazmat + Tanker in West Sacramento, CA! Our Class A truck driver performs driving duties associated with projects like industrial tank cleaning, utility work, facility shutdown, emergency response, site remediation and rail car cleaning. Expected to work outside year round in all types of weather. Schedule is primarily during the day, but is project based. Flexibility is required and on call availability for emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Performs driving duties associated with industrial tank cleaning, utility work, facility shutdowns;
• Vehicles operated, but not limited to Tankers, Trailers, or Roll offs;
• Maintain daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports.

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors? 

• Class A CDL required;
• Ability to use a mobile computer;
• Ability to operate manual transmissions required and no CDL automatic restriction;
• Hazmat & Tanker Endorsements required;
• Able to travel up to 40% of the time.
