The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for Creating and analyzing cross functional program reporting for policy compliance; audit and metrics; looking for overlap, misuse and overspend; reporting to management on findings and recommendations.
Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
Create and analyze cross functional program reporting for policy compliance; audit and metrics; looking for overlap, misuse and overspend; report to management on findings and recommendations.
Daily communication of audit findings to expense and card program personal for detailed follow up.
Monitor and report on Air travel expenses for cost review and reduction potential.
Serve as back up for card and travel program functions as needed
Monitor and address service now inquires
Respond to internal/external audit inquiries
Review and make recommendations regarding existing card and travel policies as modifications arise
High school diploma or equivalent required
5+ years of experience in a similar position
Good communication skills
Must be organized and detail oriented
Strong PC Skills: Proficient in Windows based applications; and Peoplesoft (preferred)
Ability to multitask, work under pressure & meet deadlines
Ability to maintain confidences, Ability to take after hour emergency calls
