The Opportunity:

The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for Creating and analyzing cross functional program reporting for policy compliance; audit and metrics; looking for overlap, misuse and overspend; reporting to management on findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.

  • Create and analyze cross functional program reporting for policy compliance; audit and metrics; looking for overlap, misuse and overspend; report to management on findings and recommendations.

  • Daily communication of audit findings to expense and card program personal for detailed follow up.

  • Monitor and report on Air travel expenses for cost review and reduction potential.

  • Serve as back up for card and travel program functions as needed

  • Monitor and address service now inquires

  • Respond to internal/external audit inquiries

  • Review and make recommendations regarding existing card and travel policies as modifications arise

Education/Knowledge:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position

  • Good communication skills

  • Must be organized and detail oriented

  • Strong PC Skills: Proficient in Windows based applications; and Peoplesoft (preferred)

  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure & meet deadlines

  • Ability to maintain confidences, Ability to take after hour emergency calls
