The Facility Training Manager is responsible for the overall training function of the facility. This includes, although not limited to, developing, and delivering training modules, defining personnel training requirements and needs, and tracking the completion of training courses by facility personnel. Responsible to achieve 100% clean compliance for training. This will include working closely with Managers and Supervisors as needed to achieve this goal with weekly updates. Assisting as needed with issues completing such training. Training Manager must be the driving force for monthly completion of all training.
