Our Brampton, ON location is currently looking for an experienced Facility Coordinator to join the team.  This position is responsible for supporting several different functions in the facility including: shipping and receiving paperwork, compliance paperwork and general administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes;
• Organization and filing of plant paperwork and truck to truck paperwork;
• Organization and data entry into shared files in Outlook;
• Filing, typing, and general clerical duties;
• Print and create outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels for outbound loads.

What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?

• Minimum 1+ years experience in an industrial Office setting;
• Class 5 License, preferred;
• Intermediate skills with Excel, Word and PP;
• Ability to work in a team environment and take directions;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
