The Opportunity

The Compliance Technician will be responsible for evaluating and documenting compliance requirements to maintain regulatory requirements defined in Regulatory Operating Permits and Federal/State Regulations. We are looking for a safety-oriented and reliable individual to join our team in Kimball, NE!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
  • Daily Compliance Inspections and documenting/reporting
  • Daily area observations requiring correction to maintain compliance
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly Monitoring (Hydrocarbon, PSV) as required
  • Weekly Opacity Monitoring
  • Subpart BB/LDAR Monitoring
  • Maintain proper LDAR tag information & ensure correlation to P&ID’s (audits may be completed as required)
  • Compliance training for incineration operators
  • Development and implementation of area and SOP training as schedule allows
  • Other Compliance Inspections/Monitoring that may be required as needed
