The Opportunity:

HPC Industrial Services is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their safety conscious team.  The Senior Account Manager will work too increase project work and additonal service lines offerings thru optimal utilization of operational resources that generate additional revenue.  Serve as liaison between branch management and customer to ensure compliance with Company’s purpose and priorities.

 Essential Duties:

  • Primary liaison between customer and operations in resolving service issues
  • Monitors account activity to ensure that defined customer key performance indicators (KPIs) are met
  • Responsible for generation of incremental revenues from existing clients by selling additional services and proactively pursuing executive-level relationships
  • Maintains quality relationships to retain clients and win referrals to new clients
  • Uses analytical skills to understand clients’ changing business issues and needs
  • Establishes, documents and maintains solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts
  • Performs effective communication of account activity and requirements with all support staff to ensure account services are maintained at the highest level.
  • Assists in developing, presenting and executing sales and marketing plans for each existing account.
  • Coordinates, organizes and presents business reviews and planning meetings as specified by the contact schedule specified for each account.
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

Skills and Experience:

  • 5 or more  years experience in operations and or sales
  • Proven track record of customer relations
  • Well-developed writing and verbal communication skills
  • Well developed ability to develop solutions to resolve account problems
  • Well-developed planning and organization skills
  • Well-developed ability to prioritize to meet multiple deadlines
  • Well-developed ability to operate in an ambiguous environment
  • Well-developed analytical skills
  • Well-developed leadership abilities
  • Developed ability to build positive relationships and handle conflict resolution 

Educational Requirements:

  • High School diploma and 5 years environmental services experience
