Compliance Guard - Chattanooga,TN

Job Description

The Opportunity:

The Compliance Guard is responsible for managing access to the facility and performing acceptance functions for incoming waste. This will be starting at 8am-4pm M-F.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Controls access to facility.

• Log in and log out shipments.

• Reviews and checks manifests and LDR’s.

• Scans manifests.

• Bursts manifests and distributes copies.

• Filing and paperwork management.

• Answers Telephone.

• Manages incoming Compliance Mail.

• Receives and manages UPS and Fed-ex packages.

• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work with limited supervision.
• Computer Skills.
• Previous experience is a plus but not required
