The Opportunity:

HydroChemPSC is looking for an Account Manager to join their safety conscious team! The Account Manager will Oversee/increase daily maintenance/project work of two or more accounts thru optimal utilization of operational resources and providing recommendations for automation and enhancements that generate additional revenue.  Serve as liaison between branch management/sales group and customer to ensure compliance with Company’s purpose and priorities.

Essential Duties:

  • Primary liaison between customer and operations in resolving service issues
  • Monitors daily activities of site through assigned Account Manager.
  • Monitors account activity to ensure that defined customer key performance indicators (KPIs) are met
  • Assists sales force in generation of incremental revenues from existing clients by selling additional services and proactively pursuing executive-level relationships
  • Maintains quality relationships to retain clients and win referrals to new clients
  • Uses analytical skills to understand clients’ changing business issues and needs
  • Establishes, documents and maintains solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts
  • Performs effective communication of account activity and requirements with all support staff to ensure account services are maintained at the highest level.
  • Assists in developing, presenting and executing sales and marketing plans for each existing account.
  • Coordinates, organizes and presents business reviews and planning meetings as specified by the contact schedule specified for each account. 

Skills and Experience:

  • 5 or more  years experience in operations and or sales
  • Proven track record of customer relations
  • Well-developed writing and verbal communication skills
  • Mechanical ability
  • Well developed ability to develop solutions to resolve account problems
  • Well-developed planning and organization skills
  • Well-developed ability to prioritize to meet multiple deadlines
  • Well-developed ability to operate in an ambiguous environment
  • Well-developed analytical skills
  • Well-developed leadership abilities
  • Developed ability to build positive relationships and handle conflict resolution 

Educational Requirements:

  • High School diploma and 5 years industrial cleaning experience
  • or 2 year technical degree
