Job Description
The Opportunity:
Our Facility Class A Driver, Bulk Load (Local) perform duties associated with picking up and delivering drums and bulk loads at customer locations and transporting to a Clean Harbors location or other disposal sites throughout Northeast region. This also involves loading / unloading of their own loads. May be asked to be the plant yard driver on occasion.HOURS: First shift - Monday through Friday with some weekend work as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all time
- Waste pick up from customer locations utilizing vans, tankers and end dumps
- Work is performed terminal to terminal
- Drivers are responsible for loading and securing their load
- Maintain daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports
Qualifications:
- Must have a Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement
- Ability to get HAZMAT endorsement
- Ability to use a mobile computer
