Our Edmonton, AB location is currently looking for a Baker/Breakfast Cook to join our Remote Camp team. This position is responsible for meeting regularly with the Chef and/or 1^st Cook to ensure that enough baked goods are produced during the night shift for the following day.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Meets daily with Chef and/or 1^st Cook to discuss preparation of all breakfast meals and baked items;
• Oversees the daily preparation, production and serving of all breakfast and baked items;
• Prepares from scratch a wide variety of baked goods such as: cookies, muffins, squares, cakes, pies, breads, buns and pastries;
• Ensures the proper storage, handling and rotation of all stock involved in the production of baked goods as per HACCP approved methods;
• Maintains the cleanliness of the bakeshop area, including storage areas, refrigeration area and all equipment;
• Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are clean and sanitary at all times. 

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

• Minimum 1-year previous camp experience;
• Minimum 1-year previous baking and breakfast cooking experience;
• Food Safe certification is an asset.
