The Opportunity:

Hiring Immediately

1st shift, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.  Overtime available after 40 hrs. (time and 1/2)

Prior Supervisory experience an asset

Experience within a Manufacturing Environment an asset 

Our team in New Berlin, WI is seeking a Lead Reconditioner. You will be responsible for reconditioning company assets i.e. parts washers, gun cleaners etc. to be resold through the Branch Network as well as controlling cost through Branch Inventory Returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Completion of scheduled production
  • Complete daily tasks

  • Other duties as required
  • Provide direction and mentor 3-4 team members
