  • Candidates with at least 4 years of experience in Technology Hiring
  • Should be strong in Statistical and Analytics.
  • Responsible for achieving own as well as team revenue targets and goals.
  • Timely client/operations delivery management.
  • Managing IT based recruitments. Preferable in volume hiring.
  • Bringing new strategies and developing processes to manage the team efficiently.
  • Good at handling escalations and excelled in Crisis management and demonstrated performance under pressure to ensure the SLA      has been met in the TAT.
  • Responsible for sourcing CV's, getting mandate documents from candidates shortlisted.
  • Responsible for Primary screening, short listing of candidates.
  • Managing and arranging interviews of candidates with concern head through Video Conferencing or face to face.
  • Communication for approval and joining of selected applicants.
  • Managing end to end recruitments of all levels for projects.
  • Liasioning with department heads and project heads for the future requirements of manpower.
  • Preparing job descriptions as per the requirements.
  • Salary Negotiation.
  • Manpower management and cost control.
