The Opportunity:

Safety-Kleen is seeking a District Coordinator in CA. This position can be done from any of our locations within CA, there is an option for remote work for the right candidate.

Our District Coordinator will be responsible for transportation compliance, maintenance scheduling, equipment inspections tracking, asset utilization tracking, customer service scheduling oversight, and safety training monitoring and scheduling. This role reports directly to the Area Service Director with accountability to the District Managers.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Manage transportation compliance for District to ensure local, state, and federal laws are being followed;
  • Scheduling maintenance of equipment and monitoring progress of repairs;
  • Track asset utilization and report finding to District Manager;
  • Manage training records for District and schedule training as needed;
  • Managing inspections for vehicles and equipment in the District.
  • Plans and reviews scheduled workload for field reps on a weekly basis.
  • Oversee Branch Administrators and functions within districts as needed.


What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen? 

  • 3-5 years of experience of relatable work experience;
  • Knowledge of federal regulations;
  • Strong computer skills;
  • Self-starter and self-motivated.
