Clean Harbors is looking for an Administrative Representative, internally known as a Service Representative, for the Industrial Group to join their safety conscious team! The successful candidate will be responsible for variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner always;
  • Assisting with accounts receivable with main responsibility involving accounts payable activities;
  • Generating purchase orders;
  • Vouchering invoices for payment;
  • Scanning and entering backup and other required paperwork into the system;
  • Accurate daily data entry;
  • Supporting 50+field members with AP related needs;
  • Monthly P-Card reconciliations;
  • Assist with month end reporting;
  • Heavy A/R billing

 

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

  • Minimum of 1-year payroll/billing experience;
  • Minimum of 1-year customer service experience;
  • Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Effective organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience using a “TRACK” system for oil and gas billing a plus
