Safety-Kleen Chambly, QC is looking for a Temporary Branch Administrator - Lubricants to join their safety conscious team! In this fast paced and dynamic position, you will assist with the processing of documentation, respond to internal and external inquiries and provide support to the field staff.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Date entry, processing and retrieval in support of all business functions;
  • Assist other branches with their data entry and retrieval using a variety of software programs;
  • Respond to customer inquiries and/or complaints and collaborate with various support departments (service, accounting, compliance).

What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration preferred;
  • 1-2+ years previous related work experience;
  • Strong computer software skills including Microsoft Office;
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and professional customer service attitude;
  • Positive, reliable team player;
  • French required; Functional English preferred.
