Our Seattle, WA location has an immediate opening for a full time Specialist Branch Operations Support. This position manages support for best business practices and processes for all Sk locations assigned to them, and will be the primary contact person for BAP, Handheld/Route Optimization, CWT, and SAP issues.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Will develop working relationships with the Safety-Kleen locations within their area, as well as Regional, Divisional, and Compliance Managers
  • Work closely with BPS service branches on order reconciliation and customer account maintenance
  • Creating orders and communicating with service branches
  • Inside Sales-Upselling/Quoting products and services
  • Take online payments / some review of accounts
  • Emailing quotes, invoices and other information as needed.  
  • Assisting Account Managers and branch personnel with product/service item management on accounts. 
  • Answering for customers in multiple states

What does it take to work for Emerald Services and Thermo Fluids?

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in fast-paced Customer Service environment preferred;
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred;
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task;
  • Skilled and adaptable in team environments
  • Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
