Clean Harbors is looking for a Recruitment Marketing Manager as part of our Central Recruiting Function who partners with our Regional Recruitment teams to support the business’ hiring needs. As our Recruitment Marketing Manager You’ll develop ways to build brand awareness and attract new and diverse talent to the company. You would work alongside our Regional, High Volume, Field-Based Recruiting Teams across North America to lead and execute recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts. This role works cross functionally with our corporate marketing and communications teams to ensure alignment in our value proposition. The Recruitment Marketing Manager will help drive candidate flow to the open positions and well as provide exceptional customer support to the Regional Field Teams and Managers. The ability to be agile, and fluidly function as both a recruitment marketing analyst and individual recruiter will be important to the success of this person.
*This is a remote position but will need to travel to Norwell, MA for meetings as needed.
