The Opportunity

The Facility Incineration Supervisor reports directly to the Incineration Manager and supervises the Board Operators as well as  Incineration Technicians. We are searching for an individual with an excellent commitment to safety and leadership to join our growing team in Kimball, Nebraska.  The postion will work the "DUPONT SCHEDULE" 

The DuPont shift schedule consists of the following 4 week work cycle:

  • 4 consecutive night shift schedules and 3 rest days for the first week
  • 3 consecutive day shift schedules, 1 rest day then 3 consecutive night shift schedules for the second week
  • 3 rest days and 4 consecutive day shifts for the third week
  • 7 consecutive rest days for the fourth week

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner always
  • Operates the unit with direction from the Incineration Manager with details outlining feed parameters
  •  Develops, and oversees Board Operators, Incineration Technicians, and  Technicians
  • Other duties as assigned

 What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in plant operations environment
  • Knowledge of PLC Systems
  • Strong background in participating in Safety and Compliance programs
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS office suite
