Clean Harbors is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst, known internally as a Sr Analyst, Corporate Card and Travel to assist with the daily administration and support of the Purchasing Card, Corporate T & E Card and Travel programs, and serve as a backup to the Program Director. 

Responsibilities:

         
    • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.   
    • Execute daily card administration   
    • Identify, address, and resolve card and travel related issues, concerns, risks; escalating through proper channels as needed   
    • Assist in managing and/or maintaining card relationships; liaising with internal and external clients to ensure programs are running effectively, efficiently and according to expectation   
    • Review, analyze and track P-card activity and data (merchant codes, credit and velocity limits, declines, exceptions, etc.) to define cardholder profiles and suggest administrative modifications   
    • Produce and deliver dynamic reporting for card and travel programs
    • Work with travel program vendors to update travel procedures and reporting
    • Assist development and updating of training documents and SOP manuals
    • Monitor card and travel program activity to ensure compliance with established policies
    • Manage research with field for transactions needing resolution.   
    • Validate Pcard statements and Lodging invoices for voucher and payment processing   
    • Work with MIS on process improvement and enhancement needs.   

Requirements:

           
    • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position   
    • High School diploma required  
    • Strong PC Skills
    • Proficiency in Windows based applications
    • Good communication skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Experience with Peoplesoft Accounts Payable system preferred  
    • PowerBI experience preferred   
    • Organization, attention to detail, problem solving.
