Safety-Kleen is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their safety conscious team!

  • Receiving Base and Blended order requests from customers;
  • Creating orders coordinating with Transportation & Shipping/Receiving departments;
  • Order review/billing review;
  • Correspondence with third party Blend and Packaging sites on oil need;
  • Creating inventory orders coordinating with Transportation & Receiving Departments of applicable sites;                                                                
  • Scanning and filing as needed;
  • Emailing invoices as needed;
  • Other Duties as needed.


What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?

  • High school diploma required;
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced Customer Service environment or office/admin experience preferred;
  • Ability to travel roughly 5% as needed;
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills;


Physical Demands

Typical 8.5 hour shift to include constant computer usage. To perform the duties of this job the employee must be able to sit, walk, stand, bend, climb, kneel, reach, squat, stoop, and twist. Employee must also be able to carry, lift, pull or push from 1-10 lbs., with repetitive movement of both hands.
