Clean Harbors Braintree is looking for a Operations Support Admin to join their safety conscious team!  This role is responsible for providing internal customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Preparing paper work for drivers for next day;
  • Managing internal and external requests for clean harbors services;
  • Multi tasking setting up jobs for point of customer request to printing shipping documents.  Requests could be during any process of job.
  • After job execution even problem resolution and invoicing.
  • Provides an active role in promoting teamwork, ownership, premier customer service and quality within the organization.

 

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

  • High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred;
  • Internal Customer Service experience;
  • Accounting experience preferred;
  • Strong written and communication skills;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Detail Oriented;
  • Ability to work in a team environment;
  • Proficient in Windows Office based applications.
