The Opportunity

Safety-Kleen is looking for a Facility Warehouse Manager (internally known as Manager Oil Terminal III) to join their safety concious team! The Facility Warehouse Manager will manage the used motor oil and drums coming in and out of the facility as well as directly manage the on-site material handlers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct day-to-day operations and compliance;
  • Coordinate route sales driver activities;
  • Guide service team;
  • Fleet Maintenance monitoring;
  • Cover for drivers when out;
  • Oversee office operations, customer interaction and scheduling;
  • Hands-on facility operations and maintenance;
  • Facility inspections, paperwork, and reporting.

 

 

What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Hazmat experience preferred;
  • DOT Compliance experience preferred;
  • Used Oil Management Regulations experience preferred;
  • Customer service experience required;
  • Routing experience preferred;
  • Trucking industry experience preferred;
