Our Customer Care Center has an immediate opening for a Full Time Representative for our newly created Customer Service Representative 4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Primary responsibility will be to provide support to Web Chat functions; Excellent typing, communication, and spelling/grammar skills; Out-of-the-box thinking, ability to ask open ended questions to effectively resolve requests via Web Chat
  • Customer Service for US lubricants business to include order procurement, coordination, entry and document, and tracking to completion. 
  • Self-sufficient, self-directed, ability to multi-task, Selling, upselling and suggestive selling and adding products and Services, responsible to track and reporting trends


What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous sales experience (Q2C);
  • Previous experience in fast-paced Customer Service environment;
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task;
  • Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
