The Opportunity

 

Clean Harbors Braintree MA. is looking for a Facility Coordinator to join their safety conscious team! This position is responsible for managing access to the facility and performing acceptance functions for incoming waste. This will be a second shift position starting at 3:00PM and ending at 11:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Controls access to facility.
  • Log in and log out shipments.
  • Reviews and checks manifests and LDR’s.
  • Scans manifests.
  • Bursts manifests and distributes copies.
  • Filing and paperwork management.
  • Answers Telephone.
  • Manages incoming Compliance Mail.
  • Receives and manages UPS and Fed-ex packages.
  • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.

 

 

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

 

  • Willing to work 2nd shift 3pm-11pm
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to work with limited supervision.
  • Computer Skills.
