The Opportunity

Clean Harbors Ste. Catherine, QC is looking for a Field Foreman to join their safety conscious team! You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, cost effective and efficient day-to-day management of our Field Services Branch in Quebec and Ontario. Position may require travel away from home up to 20% of the year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Perform hands on tasks associated with Field Service jobs, including but not limited to running Low- and High-Pressure Trucks, setting up equipment, monitoring equipment, etc.;
  • Conduct periodic field visits to inspect the equipment and working environment;
  • Direct and optimize overall operations in the assigned geographic area;
  • Review operational reports with attention to operational issues, customer concerns, and regulatory compliance and safety issues, providing operational input;
  • Aggressively market the Company services and seek growth opportunities in addition to maintaining collaborative and profitable relationships with customer organizations.

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

  • Willing to travel away from home up to 20%;
  • Class 5 Driver’s License;
  • 2-5 years’ experience managing day to day operations;
  • Previous experience running Heavy Equipment such as: Pressure Trucks, Vacuum Units, etc.;
  • Previous experience working in industrial, construction or Oil & Gas based environments;
  • Bilingual in French and English is a requirement.
