The Opportunity

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, tracking and closing sales opportunities with a dotted line management to our team in Pune, India. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. You would be a great fit for our team if you like to combine superior listening and communication skills with an outgoing personality to build instant rapport through internal team members and external customers and further our business initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Work with your assigned team members to facilitate calls, manage workflow, close new revenue and/or establish a great relationship with your assigned / existing new accounts moving forward;
  • Comfortable with outbound sales, multitasking and communicating in a timely fashion;
  • Facilitate the management or our entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of account set-up or management of an existing account;
  • Research and understand our product lines to be familiar with each product’s function and purpose, so you can confidently upsell customers to comparable products;
  • Provide guidance and reference material to help your sales team!Train, guide and coach new Inside Sales Coordinator’s for sales, Line Of Business (LOBS), Rate Of Speech (ROS), SK & CH products, etc.

 What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?

  • Bachelor's degree preferred;
  • 3 -5 years of related work experience; Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions;
  • Astute computer skills, salesforce.com CRM Knowledge, MS Office. MS Teams, etc;
  • Ability to travel at least 10%.
