The Opportunity

Clean Harbors has an immediate opening for a Senior Kronos Developer in Norwell, MA. This position in the Strategic team is responsible to lead Kronos projects and contribute in all phases of implementation, from discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, testing to go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that Health & Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Responsible for developing WIM Interfaces, testing and deployment;
  • A member of the team that is defining, configuring/developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining Kronos Workforce Central application (Timekeeping, Global Time Off, Basic Scheduling, attestation, Activities);
  • Responsible for working with business to gather, document requirements and configuring solutions within Kronos;
  • Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting all interfaces, upstream and downstream, to the Kronos application;
  • Work with Kronos team to assist with developing and implementing application designs to optimize performance, scalability, and sustainability.

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required (computer science preferred); Master's preferred;
  • 5+ years Kronos support experience including Kronos implementations;
  • Must have hands on experience on Kronos WFC v8.0 and higher;
  • Experience in integrating Kronos and Oracle HCM landscapes;
  • WTK & Accrual configuration, Reports and Interfaces;
  • Strong understanding of SQL and Kronos technologies and how to apply them successfully to create scalable, maintainable business applications;
  • Excellent communication skills within project team;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project team using Agile project management techniques.
