The Opportunity

Safety-Kleen is looking for a Buy Back Distributor Manager to join their safety conscious team! This role will coordinate between customers, the customer service team, and our distributor on delivery schedules, quantity, invoicing and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Coordinate between the Customer Service Team in Breslau, the customer, and distributor on delivery schedules, quantity, invoicing and overall customer relationship
  • Utilize the Aurora system for closed order processing, and enabling service schedules.
  • Connect Services that we provide with consistent invoicing, reporting and all other pertinent metrics
  • Order review/billing review;
  • Correspondence with third party Blend and Packaging sites on oil need;
  • Creating inventory orders coordinating with Transportation & Receiving Departments of applicable sites;
  • Scanning and filing as needed;
  • Emailing invoices as needed.  

 

What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in fast-paced Customer Service environment;
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task;
  • Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
