Clean Harbors Port Arthur location is looking for an Industrial Services Supervisor to join their safety conscious team! You will be responsible for the supervision of the Field Technicians and Field Laborers for high pressure activity jobs on the customer site. You will also be tasked with ensuring that all health and safety requirements are adhered to and the job is completed on time and within budget. Position may require travel away from home

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Responsible for the direct and supervise the activities of all personnel assigned to their job.
  • Ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to and job requirements (budget and schedule) are met.
  • Responsible for execution of high-pressure cleaning jobs/projects
  • Demonstrate proficiency at a wide variety of assignments and can direct personnel in operational procedures to complete assignments.

 

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

 

  • Willing to travel away from home up to XX% or XX weeks at a time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 7+ years’ experience in heavy industrial construction.
  • 2+ years supervisory experience.
  • Experience with high pressure pumps
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
  • Preferred training/experience with: Confined Space, H2S Alive, First Aid, and Safety training
