Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Identify opportunities for automated e-billing through XML. Manage interactions and due diligence with 3rd Party integrator (Amalto)
2. Develop integration requirements, coordinate activities of 3^rd party development team, coordinate test data acquisition and UAT testing.
3. Develop documentation and Train E-billing team on processes changes due to integration.
4. Work with Internal report development team to drive the automation of the E-billing spreadsheet process.
5. Document revised spreadsheet process and train e-billers
6. Other process improvement projects as identified
7. Drive/Manage projects to convert customer accounts that utilize manual portal entry for billing to automated XML integrated billing.
8. Drive development of integration requirements, coordinate activities of 3rd party development team, coordinate test data acquisition and UAT testing.
9. Work with Internal report development team to drive the automation of the spreadsheet process.
10. Manage the on-boarding of new customers requiring e-billing and where appropriate prioritize and manage conversion to an automated solution.
