The Opportunity  

Emerald Services in Kent, WA (servicing Seattle Metro Area) is looking for a Class A Driver to join their safety conscious team! Our Class A Tank Drivers will operate tanker and vac trucks to transport waste locally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Remove bulk liquids from ISO containers, tankers, railcars on industrial accounts;
  • Performed pre and post trip inspections in accordance with company policy and procedure;
  • Daily completion of log books and time sheets;
  • Transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials for disposition.

What does it take to work for Emerald Services?

  • Class A CDL Required;
  • Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred or willing to obtain after hire;
  • Previous driving experience preferred;
  • Hazwoper 40 and TWIC preferred.
