The Opportunity
Clean Harbors Ste. Catherine, QC is looking for a Lead Customer Service Representative to join their safety conscious team! You will be responsible for taking incoming calls related to service requests, issues, invoice questions, online service support and other duties as required. You will ensure the timely resolution of open issues or requests and act as a mentor for the Customer Service Representatives in your assigned area.
