The Opportunity

Clean Harbors is seeking a Branch Administrator, internally know as a Field Administration Manager, to oversee and manage the administrative operations of the Field Service center and its satellite offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Oversee and manage the administrative operations of the Field Service center and its satellite offices;
  • Provide the General Manager with a support function that improves the overall quality of the “back office” business;
  • Manage payroll for respective branches covered;
  • Handle purchase orders and sales order setups;
  • Oversee employee physicals and Peoplesoft data;
  • Manage expense report process for hourly field employees;
  • Handle vendor creation in system along with vendor vouchers;
  • Assure daily billing of the business is consistently done in a timely manner and within business expectations;
  • Work closely with central billing in resolving questions in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Manage the ready-to-bill flash report.

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s in business or related disciplines preferred;
  • 2+ years of billing experience;
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience;
  • Strong customer service and communication skills;
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
