Alteast 5 years of experience in IT Help Desk

Should have good experience in administering & troubleshooting Office 365, Cisco AnyConnect, Salesforce. 

Good experience in providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.

Responsible for answering queries and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner.

Should be willing to work in Nightshifts
