The Opportunity

The Corporate Account Support Manager (internally known as Key Account Support Manager) is responsible for managing Corporate Account Support Representatives, ensuring high level of customer service is being provided to both internal and external customers. Also, making sure account contract requirements are being implemented and maintained.

Preferred location for position is Norwell, MA but other locations will be considered.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Hires, trains and manages Corporate Account Support Teaml to insure all Corporate Accounts are covered effectively and efficiently;
  • Works closely with Vertical Vice Presidents of Sales to ensure sufficient support exists for their Corporate Accounts, Corporate Account Managers  and at times Vertical Accounts;
  • Together with the Sales Adminstration team ensure proper Corporate Account Assignments and budgets are entered into our systems on a quarterly basis;
  • Manages third party procurement systems purchase order systems and insures purchase order information gets to appropriate CHES personnel;
  • Attend monthly Vertical Account Sales business review meetings and other Management meetings upon request;
  • Perform all duties listed on the Corporate Account Support Representatives Job Description for assigned accouts;
  • Perform special assignments when asked by management;
  • Meet with other departmental managers to resolve issues or set up protocols to support management of Corporate Accounts. IE (Billing, Pricing, E-Billing, Collections);
  • Proactively review receivables report and manage resolution for Corporate Accounts;
  • Work closely with Price Improvement Team to insure Pricing Contract do not expire and interupt business. Work toward Price improvement within Corporate Accounts;
  • Work with IS teams to improve and create Customer Reports;
  • Other duties as required.

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s preferred;
  • 5+ years leadership experience;
  • Industry experience and/or customer service experience preferred;
  • Willing to travel 5%;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
