The Total Rewards Analyst will have cross functional exposure supporting key operational areas including Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Leave Administration. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times; 
  • Accountable for processes across the Total Rewards discipline including plan evaluation and analysis, reporting, communication and vendor management;
  • Create presentations, coordinate meetings, design communications, manage projects and project timelines in direct support of discipline leaders and Total Rewards programs;
  • Provides analytical, programmatic and administrative support to the Total Rewards team and programs as assigned;
  • Follow business strategy for the management and administration of vendor and partner relationships. Use metrices to measure program success. Follow program budgets based on management directives;
  • Administers financial and non-financial rewards that reflects the organization's strategy to attract, motivate and retain employees;
  • Triage field HR needs and provide appropriate tools, communication in support of the Total Rewards programs;
  • Research traditional and non-traditional offerings allowing segmentation of programs by various business areas;
  • Provide ad-hoc and standard reporting of financial and non-financial programs;
  • Primary Total Rewards platform administrator.  Supports Total Reward program operational tasks including general mailboxes, daily, weekly, monthly duties;
  • Gather, analyze, and report on compensation data across multiple systems (HR, Payroll, Market Pricing, etc.);
  • Other duties as assigned.

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

  • Bachelors degree required. Alternate combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree;
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field;
  • Accustom to a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to agile and support an environment of change;
