The Opportunity 

The Facility Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, accounts  payable, and other general administrative duties within a fast-paced work environment requiring the ability to multi-task and work effectively as a team with limited supervision. We are looking for a reliable and team-oriented individual with excellent administrative skills to join our team in La Porte, TX!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority at all times
  • Enters Plant Kronos adjustments and administers employee verification, including weekly payroll exception reports
  • Process Purchase Orders--creates, manages and receives all facility related purchase orders and change orders
  • Reviews weekly open PO report and accuracy of month-end PO accrual
  • Vouchers field purchase orders related to vendor invoices and ensures proper set up and usage of primary and secondary vendors
  • Resolves vendor issues including, but not limited to copies of vendor invoices, customer service, vendor payments, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by management

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • 2 years' experience with Accounts Payable
  • Payroll experience preferred
