Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of and provide coaching and development to one or more Senior Accountants.
• Prepare reconciliations of balance sheet accounts that are more complex in nature.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries.
• Oversee month-end close process to ensure results are reported accurately and timely.
• Reporting to the Director of Corporate Accounting, the candidate will also engage and communicate with key senior executives (i.e. Controller, CFO) on various accounting and finance matters.
• Act as a primary point of contact with external and internal auditors during annual audit and quarterly reviews.
• Participate in the preparation of footnotes for inclusion in SEC filings.
• Maintain and report on judgmental accounting estimates monthly.
• Participate in the annual budget/monthly forecast process.
• Opportunities to participate in strategic projects supporting other parts of the business and subject to greater visibility across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or CPA in process preferred.
• 5+ years in public accounting or public / private mix.
• Experience in Oracle ERP a plus.
