Dotnet Technical Manager

Location: Hyderabad - Work from Office

Working Hours: 12.00pm to 9.00pm

Experience: 15 + Years

Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of .NET developers to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions.
2. Develop and implement technical strategies and procedures to ensure successful project delivery.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Manage technical projects, including scoping, scheduling, and budgeting.
5. Identify and mitigate technical risks.
6. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
8. Develop and maintain documentation related to technical projects

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience managing .NET development teams and projects.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. In-depth knowledge of the .NET framework, coding languages, and tools.
6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, ADO, TFS.
8. Experience working in an Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban
9. Familiarity with cloud computing and related technologies.
10. Strong leadership and people management skills.
