Clean Harbors located in Laurel, MD is actively looking for a Customer Service Representative (Temporary Position) to join our safety conscious team. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the support of Clean Harbors services and operations.

  • Interacts with sales and operations personnel to ensure they have knowledge on customer feedback/service issues
  • Specific tasks as assigned by management

Customer Service activities include:

  • Account setup/modifications
  • Supports customers located in MD, VA, WV, PA
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Assist with Sales Orders
  • Resolve customer issues when needed
  • Utilizing Excel for daily/weekly updates


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational/time management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Flexibility
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Windows Office based applications
