Overview
Clean Harbors is currently seeking a Material Handler to join our safety conscious team in York, PA. Known internally as an InSite Chemist this person would be responsible for assisting in the collection, identification and proper packaging and/or lab packing of hazardous and non-hazardous waste as well as spill response activities produced by the customer’s chemical manufacturing process.

Responsibilities
•Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner
•Responsible for collecting, identifying and packaging Hazardous waste produced within customer facility
•Prepare waste drums for pick-up and delivery
•Answer phone calls and manage customer request
•Maintain cleanliness of work area and grounds
