Billing plays a key role in keeping the track of all sale & service transactions that have taken place and it’s a process of generating invoices for customers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis depending on the type of contract plan that a customer has chosen. This position will support our internal field admins / customer service representatives / account managers & onsite stake holders in pertaining to execution of invoices. Core competencies also include but not limited to supervising of their assigned portfolios, ensuring to execute every possible invoice, follow ups on aging, minimize the unbilled etc.
Required: Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree – B. Com/M. Com/MBA
