Responsibilities

  • Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner always
  • Assisting with Callidus development and trouble shooting
  • Manage and improve upon the administration of calculations for commissions and variable compensation cycles
  • Creation of reports for the business in Power BI
  • Assist with QA testing for yearly plan changes and ad hoc, as needed
  • Adhere to tight deadlines
  • Monitor and analyze compensation plans within our payment system to ensure best practice for proper setup and validations
  • Implement best practices and rules surrounding Callidus lifecycle change
  • Manage a portion of the day-to-day maintenance activity of the company’s compensation system to ensure data integrity and the required visibility throughout the organization
  • Ability to communicate clearly to our internal analysts when they have questions surrounding transaction dollars and tying out participants commissions
  • Recommend and support business-related special compensation, commission, and spiff programs by working closely with the HR and Business leaders to develop and model each program and track the results accordingly

Qualifications

  • Good 2 to 3+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Compensation, Commission Plan, Operations Bonus, Individual and Special Reward Administration
  • Extremely organized with attention to detail and deliverable dates.
  • Ability to translate financial and statistical data into understandable terms for the internal team Ability to organize action items into ongoing and sustainable programs
  • Ability to understand an issue and address/resolve it both tactically and strategically
