Overview

** $1,000 Sign On Bonus available for a candidate hired into this role**

Our Tacoma, WA location has an opening for a Facility Warehouse Worker (Facility Technician I). Our Facility Technicians are responsible for drum movement, drum opening, tank farm truck loading / unloading as well as forklift operation.

Pay: $22 to start, with room to grow into a Facility Tech II role at $23.50

Two shifts available: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30 pm (5-8 hr shifts) or M-Th 4pm-2:30 am (4-10 hr shifts)

Responsibilities

 Key Responsibilities:  

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Performs basic operations including, but not limited to, drum movement, drum opening, tank farm truck loading/unloading in compliance with DOT segregation requirements, filter press operations, and proper inventory warehousing;
• Operates a forklift and performs warehousing duties;
• Completes and submits all associated paperwork as required for waste tracking movements.

Qualifications

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

• 1+ years of hazardous material handling experience;
• Previous forklift and warehouse experience;
• HAZWOPER as asset.
